Material type of insole sponge

Insole sponge material types vary, each material has its own unique performance and application scenarios:

Polyurethane sponge: It is the main material for making insole sponge, with good elasticity and water absorption, suitable for daily wear. But the disadvantage is that it is easy to deform and the service life is relatively short.
Rubber sponge: moderate hardness, good support and wear resistance, suitable for sneaker, work shoes and other shoes worn for a long time. However, its quality varies greatly, it is easy to yellow and hard, and its service life is limited.
Memory foam sponge: It has a certain memory function, can change the shape according to the foot type, provide good cushioning effect and air permeability, and is suitable for sneaker and long-term shoes. The disadvantage is poor water absorption, easy to breed bacteria.
Styrene sponge: high hardness, good support and elasticity, suitable for sneaker and work shoes and other shoes that need better cushioning effect. But it is not breathable, not easy to absorb moisture.
